Zeal

Have you ever been around someone who was passionate about their cause?  Whether their cause be something you supported or despised, you still realized that this person truly believed in whatever it was they were fighting for.  I always wonder what it is that fuels them.  Was it a particular incident in their life that sparked a passion for something?  Was it another person that encouraged this zeal?  When we reflect on God’s great love for us; His provisions; His answers to prayers-how can we not be zealous?  Did you know that God’s wrath was turned away from an entire nation because of a zealous person (Numbers 25:11, 13)?   What are you zealous for?  Just for today, be zealous for God.
