Dear Bothers and Sisters in Christ,
Prison is a place of transition. Inmates are often moved to other facilities or they are released, but there are many things that remain constant. The need of preaching the Gospel to these men is just as great as it has ever been. When men leave and new ones arrive, it just means that there is a fresh soil into which to sow the seed.
Another constant is the precious Holy Sprit who empowers us to do the work of ministry here and who convicts the hearts of men of their need for salvation through Jesus Christ. We also know that you continually pray for us, for which we are grateful. May we all continue to labor for the Master with joy in our hearts.
God has used you to make a difference in our lives and we are confident that He will greatly bless you in return.
Thank you for your prayers, support, and kindness,
Ken Avery
