Missionary Update - Barnabas Amber (Sept 2026)

Dear Praying Friend,

Thank you for your continued prayers and support for our church planting and evangelism ministries in hard to reach Muslim and Hindu areas in Pakistan and Bangladesh. Recently, there has been so much unrest in Pakistan. In the Province of Balochistan, a terrorist group has been targeting police, army and civilians. People in this Province are afraid to leave their homes. In the Province of Punjab, there has been political unrest. In a few cities, many roads are blocked by the Government to prevent the protesters from entering the key city locations in all this unstable and unsate environment, our team continues to share the message of eternal hope in Jesus Christ among hard-to-reach people in South Asia.

Praise
For four individuals who accepted Christ in Sindh, Pakistan during our recent evangelistic outreach. As our team installed water hand well in a several villages that did not have any water, they were able to share the gospel with the villagers. God used His word to change the hearts in the hearts that listened to His word. We plan to continue this ministry in other villages that have no water. Thank you for partnering with us to take the gospel to these people by offering them water. For God's provision for the motorcycles for Pastor Heera and 8 other church planters in Pakistan. Without a motorcycle, many church planters must walk for over an hour to get from one ministry place to another. These church planters are thankful for God's provision for a motorcycle for their ministry transportation. Church planters can reach more areas on the motorcycle than they were before they had a motorcycle. For God's safety for our team in KPK (Provine) as they shared the gospel in several Muslim communities. Our team was able to share gospel tracts in several villages and have meaningful conversations with many groups of Muslims at the chai (tea) shop. Our team plans to continue visiting these areas once a week depending on the receptiveness of the people to the gospel.
Pray
For God's protection and safety for me as I travel with our evangelistic team in KPK (Province), Sind  (Province) and Punjab (Province). I will be teaching in pastor's seminary and preaching in several evangelistic services. Please pray for God's provision for all the financial needs for traveling and arrangement of the meetings. For God's continued provision for the water hand pumps as we continue to reach the unreached areas that has not water with earthly water and living water of God's word. For God's continued provision for motorcycles for other church planters that need help with transportation. Currently, we are working with 70 church planters in different parts of Pakistan and 24 church planters in Bangladesh. So far, we have been able to help 20 church planters purchase a motorcycle to help with their ministry travels. Please pray that God will continue to provide the resources to purchase more motorcycles for the church planters.

Thank you for your love and burden for the ministries in hard to reach Muslim and Hindu areas in Pakistan and Bangladesh. Because of your valuable partnership of prayers and support, we can reach the areas that would never have heard the gospel otherwise.
