Dear Friends,

In life there are milestone with which we are blessed. Two months ago, I was blessed to see another milestone in our ministry. I returned to Mérida to take part in the 40* Anniversary celebration of Manuel Verde as pastor.

It is hard to believe that forty years ago, I stepped  aside as the missionary pastor of a church in Merida and turned the responsibility of pastoring over to Manuel. Throughout these forty years, he has been faithful in pastoring the same church.  Krecreamiente In the ups and downs of life and ministry, he has been faithful in fulfilling the duties of a man who has been called by God to pastor and preach. Manuel and Carmen Verde.

His ministry extends beyond the doors of the church building in Merida. Manuel has been an evangelist across the Yucatán Peninsula. He and I have ministered together in countless evangelistic events in villages across the Peninsula.

His online ministry of preaching and teaching Bible and Ministry courses has followers throughout various Latin American countries. He has students rom many cities and countries who enroll to take his courses. 

I am grateful that not only did we serve together before he became the pastor but forty years later, our friendship still endures. As prayer partners and donors, you have been apart of this important milestone. May God continue to call laborers to His harvest fields.
